English/Mandarin Speaking Quotation Coordinator

Job Description:
To conduct research and searching of travel/tour information (e.g. Hotels, meals, guides and other services) based on information received and using our in-house computer system
To prepare and make competitive tour quotations to Sales teams within Asian countries including Japan market
Dealing and communicating with Sales staff based in Asia regarding clients’ needs and requirements
To handle Sales department enquiries related to travelling and ticketing matters
To Handle Sales departments’ enquiries promptly and in a professional manner
Ensure Sales department enquiries are satisfied courteously and efficiently through a single point of contact
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Diploma & Degree holders with minimum 2 years working experience with good computer skills.
