Job Description:

• To conduct research and searching of travel/tour information (e.g. Hotels, meals, guides and other services) based on information received and using our in-house computer system

• To prepare and make competitive tour quotations to Sales teams within Asian countries including Japan market

• Dealing and communicating with Sales staff based in Asia regarding clients’ needs and requirements

• To handle Sales department enquiries related to travelling and ticketing matters

• To Handle Sales departments’ enquiries promptly and in a professional manner

• Ensure Sales department enquiries are satisfied courteously and efficiently through a single point of contact

• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Diploma & Degree holders with minimum 2 years working experience with good computer skills.
